Our mycelium microdosing bars are made using a gentle, nature-led process inspired by traditional fermentation. The goal is simplicity and consistency — creating a clean, plant-based bar that fits naturally into a mindful microdosing routine.
We use edible fungi that grow a fine, root-like network called mycelium. Rather than relying on heavy processing or artificial binders, we allow this natural network to do what it does best: slowly transform plant ingredients into a cohesive, structured food.
This approach keeps the bars close to their natural state while offering a reliable and easy-to-use microdosing format.
Grown on Plants, Shaped by Nature
The mycelium is nourished with simple, plant-based ingredients such as grains and legumes. These provide the nutrients needed for steady growth. As the mycelium develops, it spreads evenly through the plant material, gently binding everything together without additives.
To form the bars, the mycelium grows inside molds. Instead of pressing or shaping the bars mechanically, we let the organism naturally fill the space. This results in a compact, uniform structure that allows for precise portioning, an important aspect of responsible microdosing.
Once the bars are fully formed, the growth process is stopped using controlled heat or drying. This ensures safety, stability, and shelf life while preserving the bar’s natural texture.
